This hidden gem of a place exceeded all expectations! The ex telephone exchange building may look bland on the outside, but inside it is a spacious, smart, and cosy haven. The owner, Pauline, was so kind and quick to answer our questions online, and her adult son enlightened us about the history of the place. The accommodation in this lovely little village was done out to a high standard and had everything we could possibly need. The well-equipped kitchen, own parking space, and thoughtful touches such as a tea pot and cork screw made our stay super convenient. The cleanliness and overall good condition of the place made it even more enjoyable. We were thrilled to find a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and even a dryer available. The outdoor dining area and picnic tables were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The VIP check-in/out made us feel special, and the fact that it was an adults-only accommodation ensured a peaceful and relaxing stay. Close to lakes, Cirencester, and various attractions, this place is a must-visit. Don't miss out on this mind-blowing experience!

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of nearby attractions and walks. The accommodation itself is beautiful, done out to a high standard and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a tea pot and cork screw/bottle opener, which are nice touches. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The parking space is a convenient feature.
The mattress in the bed is very soft, to the point where you can feel the bed base below through the mattress.

The owner, Pauline, was kind and promptly answered my online questions. We had a nice chat with her adult son upon leaving, who shared the history of the building. A truly lovely stay!
Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Raglans and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and well-equipped accommodation. The kitchen had everything I needed and the parking space was a great convenience. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like having a tea pot and a cork screw/bottle opener available. The whole place was clean and in good condition, making for a comfortable stay.
While the traffic noise was a bit bothersome when trying to sleep, it wouldn't deter me from staying again. Additionally, despite the helpful hoists providing directions, it took me a while to find the place with the assistance of locals.

The kitchen was well-equipped, which was great because it meant I could make my own tea. I also had my own parking space, so no need to worry about finding a spot for my fancy car.
Oh, and let's not forget the mattress that was so soft, I could feel the bed base below. What a delightful surprise.

A gem of a place - ex telephone exchange building bland and boxy on the outside, but smart, spacious, well-equipped, and cosy on the inside. Well located for the lakes and Cirencester, plenty of walks and nearby attractions. The kitchen was good and well-equipped, and there was even a teapot - a nice touch! , having our own parking space was really convenient.
A little bit noisy with the traffic when trying to sleep, but it wouldn't put me off personally. , the shower room had a damp smell and was quite small.
